Fall is coming & we are ready!

We are open for fall sales!! We grow 6,000 mums in 4 sizes & multiple colors. Ornamental kale, cabbage and pansies are perfect for finishing off your fall decor.  Stop in and see us Mon-Fri 9 to 5 and Sat 10-4!

Produce Time!

All our veggie plants are starting to produce!  We have green beans, cucumbers, yellow squash, zucchini and several varieties of peppers. We'll have multiple varieties of tomatoes and sweet corn ready in about a week as well as eggplant and onions.  All our veggies are grown on site and all our sweet corn is non GMO.  We run on the honor system so stop by our roadside stand anytime!

      

 

Closed for the Summer

Thank you all for such an amazing spring season!!  For the first time in 25 years, we have sold out of all the spring plants we grew!  We'll be closed this summer while we work on bringing you fresh produce starting mid July & mums, pumpkins, pansies, flowering cabbage and kale in September and October.  Have a great summer!!

Our Spring Season is coming to an end

Since we are completely out of annuals and have very few perennials, we will be closing for the summer.  We've never experienced a season like this!  We have tomato, watermelon, eggplant and a few squash plants left.  We'll try to be open through next week.  Look for posts about fresh produce on the roadside stand in July and mums & pumpkins in September.  Thank you all for your business!!

Plenty of veggie plants

Our selection of annuals & perennials is diminishing quickly, we continue to replenish our supply of vegetable plants. In our 25 years at Sunnyside, we've never seen a spring like this!  We are grateful for everyone who came to shop with us and make a very uncertain spring one of our best yet!!

 This spring has been anything but typical!  We have a great selection of hanging baskets, planters, perennials and rose bushes that would make a perfect gift for mom. Stop by Monday-Friday 9 to 5 & Saturday 9 to 4.

We are open!

The Governor issued an executive order on Monday that has allowed nurseries, greenhouses & groomers to open!  We will be limiting the amount of people that can enter the greenhouse & you will only be allowed to shop in the main greenhouse and outside.  If our parking lot is full, you may have to wait before entering. We are still offering curbside pick up for those not comfortable coming inside, just call the day before you'd like to pick up.  Bear with us as we are working with a reduced staff.  Happy Spring!!

We're still growing in these uncertain times!

We are filling the greenhouses & will have plenty of plants & seed in hopes that everyone is well & the COVID-19 outbreak is over by mid April.  For the next couple weeks we are asking you to please email or call ahead with an order if you need something. We will not be taking orders over Facebook or Instagram. There will be NO browsing through the greenhouses for awhile.  We will have seed potatoes, onion sets, onion plants, garden seeds & pansies ready soon.  If you need such items, we will gladly get them together & have them boxed for you to pick up.  You may pay over the phone to minimize contact. We will post updates about opening if things change.   For now, everyone be well!
